This is a copy of my Federal Firearms License. You will need this to do transfers. Another dealer will need this on file before he can ship me a firearm. You can tell your dealer where it is located or you can print it off and enclose it with your payment. If you print it off, please write what it is being used for on the copy you send, making it easier for the dealer. Remember to tell the other dealer to send a copy of his license to me. If it is a private citizen, I need a copy of their drivers license to log in the firearm I am receiving.

Police Forms
Police Departments will need three forms to purchase a firearm Federal and State Tax Exempt. Please print the Federal Tax exemption form, Sample Department purchase Letter with the correct wording (if needed) and the Vermont State Sales Tax exemption letter located on the right hand side. Please fax them to me at 802.244.5256 then put the originals in the mail.

Federal Tax Exempt
This is the Federal Tax Exemption form. It is used for Law Enforcement agencies that are purchasing firearms. Individual officers do not need this, as they are not tax exempt. PLEASE NOTE: Fill in every blank space and for the "Name of manufacturer" space, please use the firearm manufacturer and NOT Parro's. Additionally, please use the full name of the agency in the "Governmental Unit" space.

Vermont Sales Tax Exemption
This is used for tax exempt agencies to avoid paying the Vermont Sales Tax. Law enforcement agencies are tax exempt, individual officers are not.

I need this form on file for each department I do business with, not just for firearms.
Sample Police Dept. Letter
This is a sample letter to be used for official purchases for the department. It will have to be on department letterhead, with the specific items to be purchased. PLEASE NOTE: The address on the letter must be the physical address of the department in which the firearms will be shipped to and NOT a PO Box.
